Staff Nurse Office – Equipped with kneehole desk, dispenser for immediate resident medication and Panasonic digital telephone switchboard.
Service Areas. Off a small corridor are sited the access to the roof and basement level and a suite of four staff WCs.
Basement. The Laundry Room
Also in the basement are sited: A store room, the oxygen store, the hot water tank room (two fully insulated hot water storage tanks with pressure control and fitted pumps and thermostats together with water treatment system), electrical switchboard and boiler room with two Rapido oil-fired boilers. Steps up to the outside.
Bedrooms. There are 22 resident bedrooms as presently arranged.
